To ensure you feel confident and comfortable throughout the building process we guarantee communication at every stage in addition to regular on-site meetings where we encourage your input and feedback. Quality
We guarantee your home will be built to the highest standard by our qualified and experienced builders. A 282 point quality checklist will be completed and signed off at the completion of the job.
Cost Management
There is no need to worry about building over budget when working with us. Before we even begin the build, we will work with you to create a budget you are happy with and will stick to this throughout the process. You will be kept up-to-date on a regular basis so that you know exactly where every dollar is being spent. If there are any variations to the budget, we will let you know with as soon as possible.
Respect
We value your home as much as if it was our own. All of our builders follow specific ‘Site Rules’ which include matters such as no swearing, cleaning up rubbish every day and there is no smoking on any of our sites. We will always greet you with a smile and are happy to talk to you at anytime.
Time Management
Before we begin building, we will provide you with a detailed and realistic build schedule that our team of skilled builders will work to. Our decades of experience along with sophisticated project management systems mean you can be confident that our build schedule will be accurate. Our building schedules are regularly reviewed and updated as required.
